The Edge On Folk is broadcast every Saturday from 8am to noon, Pacific Time, on CiTR fm 101.9 in Vancouver, and live on www.citr.ca < wherever you are. The show has been hosted by Steve Edge, more or less every week since June 1985! It is now syndicated on CHIR fm on Saltspring Island one week later on Sundays at 10am. (Their website is: chir.fm < 

41st Anniversary Special! This show first aired on June 1st 1985, so this is the 41st Anniversary edition. Sprinkled a few of my favourite artists from these many moons, amongst some stirring new releases from Ireland, Cuba / Ontario, Africa, Scotland, B.C., Nova Scotia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Alberta, Spain, England, and the USA. It's always a marathon four hour show, but somehow it never feels like there is enough time to fit in all the tunes I want to play and hear!
